It is finally Spring!  After the challenges of the last several months, we are finally having longer days, with more light.  The light seems also to be brightening the economic news somewhat as well.  I think all of us are still exhibiting caution after the severe downturn that began in October.

As we all reassess where we are after the storm, we at Pegaesus Advisors have done very serious research as to how we can better serve you—our clients—as well as closely review how best to move forward.

One of the things that became very clear to us throughout the winter was that we needed more resources to better serve all of you.  As the business community and markets have contracted, we have been able to expand during this period.  We have had the good fortune to add to our team two outstanding CFP® practitioners who each have over 10 years of planning experience.  They are John Slupski and Susan Taverna McLaughlin.  John is in the office, and Susan has a home office but is equally available.  We have enclosed copies of their biographies for your review. 

Some of you may be thinking—where is Carolyn headed?  I am headed each day to Pegaesus Advisors to continue helping each of you navigate your financial concerns, changes, and challenges.  Our goal is to provide more of a team approach to our planning, so if one of us is out of the office, you have the ability to contact another planner who knows your unique situation as well as I do. 

Some other changes that we are making include continuing to evaluate our investment philosophy and strategies.  We have recently joined an investment committee of another firm to broaden our scope of resources in the investment planning process.  One of the best outcomes of this economic period for Pegaesus Advisors is that it gives us the opportunity to better understand your needs and how best to help all of you.

Another exciting change for us is the location of our office starting July 1, 2009.  Our need to relocate is a sign of our growing business, and we are thrilled that you are a part of it.  We are looking forward to moving into a space that will allow us to further develop our services to you.  Our new location will provide us with more office space to better function as a business while we continue expanding.  Our new address that will take effect on July 1 is listed below.
